All donations made are considered donations to the All Forward Foundation. All Forward Foundation is organized as a Not-for-Profit Corporation under the laws of the State of New Mexico and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) as a public charity pursuant to §509 (a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”)and as a tax-exempt organization pursuant to §501 (c)(3) of the IRC.
