Outdoor Academy
April 2026

In collaboration with Santa Fe Youth Works, we will provide up to 6 youth participants with structured outdoor workforce opportunities during the 2026 season. This initiative is designed as a focused workforce development program that builds practical skills, offers professional mentorship, and fosters meaningful pathways for youth and employers in Santa Fe’s growing outdoor recreation economy.

OnGoing

Leveraging a network of highly experienced and dedicated business mentors, our no cost programs are designed to help OR professionals build sustainable livelihoods within the outdoor economy by:

  • Providing professional mentoring

  • Elevating the visibility and value of outdoor careers through advocacy

  • Reducing economic precarity for those who work in and care for public lands

  • Bridge systemic gaps between funding, education, employment, and conservation outcomes

We believe that when outdoor professionals are economically secure, they become powerful agents of economic growth, environmental stewardship, public engagement, and intergenerational knowledge transfer.

Adventure Center
Q2 2026

Envisioned as a destination hub that empowers local outdoor recreation (OR) companies while enhancing Santa Fe’s appeal as a gateway to outdoor tourism. The Center will blend global retail presence with local authenticity, providing tourists with a one-stop destination for booking adventures, inquiring about gear, and learning about New Mexico’s outdoor heritage. Beyond retail exposure, the Center offers shared office space, access to mentors, and strategic collaboration to foster economic growth for local entrepreneurs.
